Why Our Work Is Necessary
Unlimited Hurdles Girls/Young Women’s and Boys/ Young Men’s Mentoring Program is
designed to bring an approach that helps individuals understand themselves to understand others.
This approach will allow the stakeholder to maneuver around the odds and provide
opportunities for girls and boys to reach their full potential in areas in life such as education,
career choices in the future.

Dr. Clark’s unique strategy combines these elements into one continuum of programming that
starts when girls are 12 and ends with her supporting them in making solid decisions around new
employment and/or higher education or trade school. Dr. Clark has a plethora of supporters who
are there to assist with the elevation of her pursuits and provide assistance when necessary.
Unlimited Hurdles is a mentoring program focused on helping individuals explore their talents
that starts in elementary school and accelerates through college or post-secondary training, all
underpinned by her proprietary social emotional, and communications-focused mentoring.
Our Reason
There is study research that states that bullies and victims have the potential to display violent behaviors as they get older than a peer who has never been exposed to such behaviors (Ballard, 1999). We also learned that 27% of students who have been bullied reported negative effects about themselves, relations with their school, friends, and families (Seldin, 2019).
