Mentoring with a Clinical Lens

Mentoring with a clinical lens is helping to ground participants in the area of change while building a collaborative relationship utilizing therapeutic interventions: CBT, ACT, MBCT and Narrative Therapy.

Understanding what constitutes an issue and what helps individuals persevere through the issues presented. Helping individuals to see that the narrative and distorted thoughts that they are presented with can be altered and changed through a configuration of attainable goals to reach for the pentacles of success that they are striving to reach.
